Selection Process

JPS HR’ selection process is based on a structured and systematic approach, which is proactive, detailed, and target oriented. This process begins with understanding the clients needs and goes all the way to follow-ups with both clients and candidates post-recruitment.

  • Understanding the client organization about existing business activities, organization structure & culture, and future growth plans.
  • Detailed discussions with the client organization to understand the job profile and other requirements.
  • Mapping position-specific competencies including job title, principal accountabilities, Key Result Areas (KRAs), authority, external/internal contacts, reporting and supervisory relationships, working conditions/environment, job specifications, approximate compensation, location, and other relevant details.
  • A direct approach to these candidates to brief them adequately about the organization to create interest in them for considering a job change.
  • Identification of candidates either from “Opportunity” massive existing database/references/headhunting, search to locate suitable candidates for the position.
  • Obtaining detailed Bio-data from the potential candidates who are favorably inclined to a job change to this organization.
  • Interviewing them to check skill level, attitude, soft skills, etc (As per the checklist given by the client) and then evaluating the candidates, on a structured basis.
  • Forwarding short-listed CVs through E-mail for consideration by the organization.
  • Taking feedback separately on each CV sent.
  • Lining up candidates for interview as per the directions.
  • Taking feedback separately on each candidate’s interview.
  • Negotiating the offer including compensation structures.
  • Follow-up with client and candidate till the selected candidate joins the organization.
  • Ensuring the candidate not to leave the company because of any communication gap.
